HOT AIR BALLOON'S

Last Friday, took Irfan to 2nd Putrajaya International Hot-air Balloon's Fiesta 2010 at Precint 2. The event started on 18th till 21st March.2010. Since we will not be around that weekend, so I decided to take Irfan to the office that day and then off to Putrajaya during lunch time. Unfortunately, no hot-air balloon in the mid-afternoon ( why laaa I tak boleh pikir, hot air baloon mana boleh naik time2 tghri... its too hot for take off), so just walk around the bazaar for a while before return to office.

However, Irfan's returned not empty handed... he got a remote control car -" LIGHTNING McQUEEN" of CARS. So, Irfan's spending his time playing with the car at my office.

5.00pm, we off once again to Putrajaya.. the areas already packed with people, and no more parking space nearby... so we have to park at quite a distance from the balloon launching area. Irfan was asleep in the car while I'm looking for parking space and stucked in the jammed at the area. Of course, he woke up to watch the hot air baloon launched one after another.

The hot air balloon is the oldest successful human-carrying flight technology and is a subset of balloon aircraft. A hot air balloon consists of a bag called the envelope that is capable of containing heated air.The heated air inside the envelope makes it buoyant since it has a lower density than the relatively cold air outside the envelope. Unlike gas balloons, the envelope does not have to be sealed at the bottom since the air near the bottom of the envelope is at the same pressure as the surrounding air.
