STREAMYX and TM Point

2 weeks ago gi TM Point kat ground floor office aku ni utk register Streamyx untuk rumah baru ku. Nak register streamyx kena lah ada telephone line. Ingat kan dah bekerja suku sakat dpt ler waive monthly rental for fixed line... Hampehhhh.... katanya subsidiary semua tak dpt lah kak... 
TM pun satu... kan dah buat re-alignment itu hari, dah tak wujud co. yg aku berkhidmat sebagai subsidiary lagi... as business entity jer.. Aiiii... pening betul dgn structure ni ...

Ok ler , kena lah bayar sewa bulanan fixed line, fine... nak internet access punya pasal... So aku tanya brp lama amik masa untuk install. Katanya:1 week for telephone line installation, then lepas tu baru boleh proses streamyx application, another 1 week for streamyx. Total 2 weeks la.

Hari Jumaat register , hari Isnin dah contractor dtg install phone line... Very impressed ler dgn service yg express. So aku assume by rite next week nyer streamyx dah blh install ler... the 2nd week (minggu ni lah), tunggu punya tunggu no call from streamyx contractor. Aku dah cuak ler... mau pindah no internet access nt boleh mati kutu... nak gi TM point asyik mtg kat luar jer... sampai la pg tadi baru berkesempatan untuk buat follow up.

Bila check, jawapannya ... "Sorry kak, saya lupa nak proses application akak, system slow ler few days ni.. bla..bla..bla" (dlm bahasa aku sendiri la... tapi itu lah maksud yg disampaikan)... Nasib la mood aku pg ni  ok jer and the CS rep is polite, kalau tak ... tak tau ler... so take anothr 3 working days... Alamatnyer weekend ni and next week takder lah nak access internet. Celcom broadband... selalu hampeh... buang duit bayar monthly fee jer. Aiii... nasib ler aku masih setia untuk support bisness co. ku ini termasuk suku sakatnyer... dgn harapan tahun depan still dapat bonus ler...)

Moral of story : 
1) Manusia mudah lupa... (P****g kang...).. so kena lah ingat mengingati
2) Internet access dah jadi penting dlm hidup zaman sekarang ( otherwise no fb, no blogging, no gooooogling :))
3) Do not live with assumption... very not rite la...
